I was once told that if you have a passion for your career, you will never work a day in your life. I suppose that means I really haven't "worked" a day since 1995 when I joined the McNaught family. I still feel the same sense of pride and genuine excitement every time I can help a customer find the perfect vehicle, as I did on my first day in sales. Now as a Sales Manager I am pleased to share my enthusiasm for sales on a larger scale.

Wayne has been with the McNaughts for over thrity years, and has a memory for past deals like no other. As the senior Business Manager, Wayne has won numerous vacation awards for his superior performance and customer service from General Motors of Canada. Wayne is a pillar of integrity and consistency, and many of our clients have commented on his stellar financial knowledge. When Wayne isn't getting your deal approved you will find him at his cottage, spending time with his lovely wife, his son, daughter and his two grandkids.

Dave started in a northern Manitoba GM dealership as a Service Advisor in 1994. From there Dave shortly worked his way up to Service Manager. Being a Service Manager in northern Manitoba is a challenging task, but Dave excelled at it, and even championed some cold weather testing programs. In 2003 Dave decided to "change gears" and adopt the role of Finance Manager. Like a fish to water, this was Dave's true calling and he is regarded as a master in this field. Dave's rock solid work efforts and big heart are always for the benefit of spoiling his beautiful family. The McNaughts are pleased to have Dave as part of their team, and invite you to visit with him.

Chris has been with McNaught since September of 2008, after working successfully in sales for a number of years Chris has become the Business Development Manager for the dealership. While working at McNaught Chris has been completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in finance and management of organizations. Chris is hoping to accomplish his MBA in the coming years as well.

Randy is our fleet / commercial / truck specialist. Randy was based out of the Landmark GM store and consulted customers from all over Manitoba. Randy joined the McNaught family five years ago and brings a calm professional charm with him that is well suited for the task. An easy going rural demeanor serves Randy well, and our customers appreciate not only his stellar product knowledge, but also his straight forward approach.

Jozef is a Leasing Consultant at McNaught Cadillac Buick GMC. From his first ever car purchase in 1973 until now, he has always owned and driven GM vehicles. After 5 years in automotive related industries Jozef moved to Winnipeg from the Greater Toronto area in 2002, and found himself selling automobiles, he joined the McNaught team in 2004. he is truly excited about General Motors commitment in making the best possible product available in North America.

Gary De Pape came to McNaught in 2007 and has over two decades of professional sales experience, including selling Harley Davidson motorcycles, as well as car & truck sales. Gary has also worked as a Brewmaster in the local craft brewing industry. Prior to that, he worked on Vancouver Island in broadcasting in radio and television as both a producer and as talent. Gary has played a year of professional hockey in Germany and continues to play recreational hockey today.

Dave is a car guy in every sense of the word. Decades of experience in a performance parts accessories speed shop for race cars, street rods, off road trucks, muscle cars, and classics gives Dave a customer base like no other. Dave's enthusiasm for new GM models and great deals is contagious! Whether it is Formula 1 or Top Fuel dragsters you can feel the exhilaration when Dave talks racing. Hard working six days a week you will always find Dave here. That said Dave always makes time for family and even helped his son launch a racing hobby by buying two race cars and finding sponsorship to run at our local Red River Speedway. Dave rewards himself by spending a month each year in the Caribbean.

Leighton Powell is one of the newest members to the McNaught family. A local boy who was raised in fort Richmond, Leighton chose McNaught to showcase his talents because of their long standing reputation for quality service within the community, and their fine selection of prestigious vehicles. He comes to us with 10 years of customer service experience, and 5 years of retail management. Community Raised, Community Driven; Leighton will meet your expectations, one family at a time.

After 15 years in the Industrial Construction field, Jody Yasinsky decided to drop his tools and construction equipment and put his people skills to work for him in automotive sales. When asked, Jody says his favorite part of the car business is meeting, helping, and working with good people. Jody says that it is very rewarding to see his happy customers come in to pick up their new vehicle. Jody has an eight year old boy and an eleven year old girl that keep him and his wife busy and proud. With his son and daughter’s hockey, triathlons, family camping, hunting, fishing and quading, Jody says he is glad to be driving a Buick Enclave that can keep up with the demands of a busy family. Mike joins the McNaught sales team with five years of car sales experience. Mike started his sales career in the vacation business 18 years ago in Calgary and ending off his career in Ottawa. In 2007 Mike made the decision to get into the car business. Mike’s father being a “GM man” all his life, Mike jumped at the opportunity to sell Cadillacs and other GM products for McNaught after working for a few other dealerships making his father proud. Mike enjoys working out in his spare time and watching sports. His main passion is selling cars so for a great experience in buying a new or pre-owned vehicle give Mike a call today!

Mike is a recent addition to the McNaught Sales Team. Mike comes to us from a rare combination of backgrounds namely, manufacturing and education. He has taught at high schools in Manitoba for twenty years all over the Province. His greatest enjoyment is working with people of all ages and walks of life. Mike’s personal motto is Carpe Deim (seize the day) and when relaxing he enjoys sailing, and fishing our great Canadian waterways. So Carpe Deim and come see Mike today.

Rob has been in and around the car business since he was a kid. Rob started in the parts department as a teenager, but soon found that his personality was better suited for sales. After Georgian automotive college, Rob came back to become an award winning sales consultant. When Rob isn't with his young and vibrant family, you will find him hard at work in the sales department.

Kathys' career with McNaught began in 1981 as a tower operator at the downtown location. Since then she has held several positions within the service department. Kathy most enjoys the interection with the customers but is also enthusiastic about the advancements in technology. Kathy believes the bright and spacious facility is accomodating to both customers and employees. When she is not hard at work, Kathy is most likely spending time with family and friends, gardening or traveling to see the grandkids.

Kelly has been in the family business since 2001. Prior to her current position of Client Relations Manager, Kelly held several other positions within the dealership, including General Manager, McNaught Landmark. Her recent migration to Service has been to ensure customer care and assist in training and development of Service staff. Kelly feels the strength of the dealership lies in its strong leadership and wealth of long term employees. When Kelly is not at work, you may just find her hanging out with her horse, whose show name is OnStar!

Barry has been in the automotive business for 39 years, twenty nine of those years with McNaught. Barry has a true passion for cars which he shares with several family members. Barry describes the McNaught technicians as the most experience we have ever assembled. When he's not helping customers, Barry enjoys spending time with family, golfing, woodworking and home renovations.

Glen began his career in the automotive business in 1969 and joined McNaught in 1977 as a service advisor. Glen enjoys the personal interaction with customers, the mechanics of a vehicle and our state of the art facility. Glen also believes that McNaught offers a good compliment of long term staff members. When he's not assisting customers, Glen enjoys a good game of golf and several other outdoor activities.

Roxanne is second generation in the vehicle repair business and has spent the past 11 years as a service advisor, over six of those years with McNaught. Roxanne enjoys working with customers in what she calls a friendly environment and attributes our success to some of the best technicians in the city. Roxanne is a huge NASCAR fan and also enjoys scuba diving and spending time with her pets.

Joey has been in the automotive repair business for 14 years, most of which has been spent with General Motors, joining the McNaught team in early 2009. Joey enjoys problem solving and interacting with customers. Joey feels that McNaught offers a great facility and considers the McNaught technicians to be the best that he has ever worked with. Joey is a big Winnipeg Blue Bomber fan and spends as much free time as possible with family.

John has been in Retail and Wholesale Parts for 32 years. All with General Motors! Nine and a half years with McNaught. John began his career as a Parts Driver, then Shipper, Orders Desk Clerk and eventually Department Manager. John contributes his departments strength to over 180 years of accumulated General Motors service. When John is trying to relax, he is usually golfing or travelling.

Ken recently returned to McNaught after a brief absence. Ken has over seventeen years in the automotive industry, four years dedicated to General Motors. Ken enjoys the McNaught work environment and attributes the success of the Parts Department to a wealth of experienced staff. In the evenings and weekends, Ken spends a lot of time outdoors and playing sports.

Gord Benson has been with McNaught for 30 years. Gord started as a valet, worked in Parts and was eventually recruited for the Body shop. Under Gord’s supervision are some of the best body men in the city of Winnipeg, with years and years of experience. When he’s not at work, Gord likes to spend time in the outdoors and especially enjoys a good round of golf.

Kristi is known as the family rebel, migrating from her Ford upbringing to General Motors. Kristi is the newest member of the McNaught team but brings with her an enthusiastic attitude, strong work ethic and an abundance of experience. In the off days, Kristi enjoys time at the race track and spending time with family and friends at her new home in Stony Mountain.
